Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our support centres have been impacted with many staff either unable to work or working from home. Call hold times will be longer in the current environment, unfortunately this in evitable. But we will be answering your calls with a smile and ready to help as soon as we can.

We would like to thank all of our Start customers for your patience – we really appreciate it.

To look after the well being of our staff, support hours have been changed to 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST for the medium-term.
